FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
EX: The article cites Maria Nikolajeva, a professor of at Cambridge, as saying that Bella does not "in any way promote independent thinking or personal development" in women, instead portraying a woman "meek and willing to do anything for her vampire boyfriend" (POV).

Although extremely physically demanding, a dancer's success is "equally based on mental capacity."

There are countless nuumbers of talented dancers, but the ones who find success in a professional career will surpass, because "it is the mind and will of the dancer that got them there."

Not only must you perform well, but you must also have  "Focus, comprehension, memorization skills and adaptation," which "are all extremely important to a dancer’s progression."

In being a dancer, your body is everything, therefore "dancers who lack certain vitamins or minerals may find it hard to concentrate! Also, a lack of fats for the brain can easily ruin a dancer’s focus (a dieting dancer can easily run into this problem); take Omega 3, Evening Primrose Oil or Flaxseed Oil supplements as well as a multi-vitamin."

A wise tip provided by the website is to "dance from the heart and head and the body will follow!"

Summary of Source (Three-Four Sentences of the Who, What, Where, Why, and How in your own words. NO OPINION):

The author of the article elaborates on the importance of mental sharpness as much as tphysical sharpness being a dancer. In being successful, you must also be smart, because your talent alone will not get you to the top. Tips are provided for mental and physical health.

Credibility of Source:
Author or Site: Who is the author? What training have they had? If there is no author, examine the site. What is the purpose of the site? Who funds the site?

The site is called "dancehelp," so by deductive reasoning i assume it is meant to advise dancers and answer common questions. It is to inform people about dance news, tips, and forums. The site is funded by dance studios.

Attachment: Does the author or site have anything to gain from writing this, or is it simply informative? For example, is it a cigarette business posting an article about the benefit of cigarettes, or is it a scientific community unaffiliated with the cigarette business?

No, the author has no gain from the website, it is simply to help.

Bias: Do you detect a bias (a favoring of either side) in the author's writing?

I do not detect a bias because everything the author says is logical, credible, and not opinion-based.

References: Does the author cite references in the writing? If so, do these add or take away from the credibility?

The author cites reference to certain health prodects and vitamins necessary for maintaining mental health. This makes it seem like the author know what he/she is talking about.

Use of Source: How will you use this source in your project?

I will use this source as a means to prove successful dancers deserve respect and that they work hard for it. It is a real job with high demands.
